Non-smoking apartments

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. This also applies to e-cigarettes, shisha, and similar devices. Smoking is permitted in the garden with the front door closed. Violations will result in a cleaning fee of at least EUR 250.00.

No pets

Pets are not permitted in the building. If a pet is kept in the unit without permission, a flat-rate special cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged.

Rest periods

Noise in the booked apartment and the surrounding area must be avoided. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

No parties

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a fee of EUR 500.00 will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs, including any loss of income resulting from the unreasonable subletting of the apartment as a result of the incident. Decibel sensors are installed in the apartment. These sensors do not record voices or conversations, but are designed to detect excessive noise.

Street shoes

Please remove your street shoes to the left of the apartment door, as we have delicate parquet floors. Thank you for your understanding.

Regular ventilation

The holiday home is very well insulated and requires regular ventilation. Please open all windows at least in the morning and evening to ensure adequate ventilation.
